Fortunately, yes! It was so bad two weeks ago that I went to urgent care. Got meds for it, it tapered off and came back again, even worse. I'd rather it was a cold; at least I'd get over it. I don't want to eat Benadryl for months at a time.

Don't be afraid to double down on the dose if you're not getting the response you need. Use a taper off method when you think you're back to normal.
