That since Aliza, Mathilda and Dom did whatever magic they did I have not been getting any of those annoying "failure to connect" notices. Sometimes it take a few seconds for a post to go through but that is nothing.

This timing varies a lot for me, posting, previewing, editing etc.
Sometimes 30+ seconds.

Same here, new posts take 10 seconds. Yet, updating a post after having it edited takes only 1 second.
