It is, thanks. I'm on vacation and relaxing at my sister's place. Headed home today, return to work on Saturday ... yay.

We have potato pancakes with apple sauce... those are delish. And of course, there's also Hanukkah peanut butter and jelly. It's like regular peanut butter and jelly except it's made during Hanukkah.  

Or almond butter and jelly since I'm trying to cut back.


I haven't had potato pancakes with apple sauce in decades. One of the favorite meals my mom made.
