Well, I think I may have caught it. I was really sluggish yesterday, and I woke up in the middle of the night with really bad breathing trouble. I don't have asthma in winter, it's a pollen allergy, so it wasn't an asthma attack. I used my asthma inhaler and hooked myself up to oxygen and it was over in 5 minutes. I kept the oxygen going over night just in case. Woke up breathing fine but sluggish - oxygen is the antidote to sluggish so this makes no sense. I just feel overall lightheaded and weird. I have been to the store 4 days ago, where most people have their noises out over their masks. I think it may have caught me, but I am doing good so far. As long as my breathing is fine, I am not too worried. I just may nap a lot today and sleep it off.

By all accounts, you'd need to be exposed to a host over ten to 15 minutes, socialising. I'm not sure, a visit to the grocery store is sufficient to catch it. That's at least what the european experts are saying. It may be different with Omikron though. In any case, best wishes.
