Unvaccinated people are the main problem. Telling them they should get vaccinated - but will still have to wear masks, practice social distancing, etc. - sends two messages to those people: vaccines don't really work; and there's no reward for getting vaccinated.

Staying out of the hospital and not dying are incentives to get the vaccine.

And we could all stop wearing masks and social distancing once enough people are vaccinated.  It's a numbers game in which most everyone has to pitch in to achieve the goal.  So far, a significant number has failed to do so.  Why such people blame anyone but themselves is a failure in logic in my opinion.
