I'm lucky; I live 30 miles outside Austin, so we got a lot of vaxxes spread throughout Travis County. I got mine at our rural FD, open to the public, and the only wait I had was fifteen minutes after the shot to check for a bad reaction.
That leaves a whole lot of people disadvantaged.
Yeah, I was talking about America, where most of the population live in urban areas and have megacorp penetration from Walmart/CVS etc.
World-wide, I bet vaccine access, urban or rural, is a bit worse than even rural parts of America.
