I went grocery shopping yesterday with a mask, but the masking ratio has fallen well below 50% (maybe 25% tbh) for both employees and patrons. Pushing out for a haircut today. Not even sure they are allowing beard trims, but I'll ask. I'll go down with a mask on, because I need to go back to the supermarket for a thing. Masking is my default. Not sure we'll ever get back to "normal". Masks will always be used by some, and others will just need to deal with it.
