Europe and other nations are also contributing, and the US will donate more as these are distributed and more are manufactured. It's a work in progress, it's not going to all happen overnight. It's a logistical nightmare, and corruption is a real danger. It needs to be administered very carefully and in trouble spots. Hence the involvement of covax.
