It gets only problematic when you apply this yardstick to something like a vaccination campaign where 1 fully vaccinated person equals 2 vaccinations. This makes (fully) vaccinated persons and vaccineations not equal. It gets even stranger when you have a mix of (single) vaccinated and fully vaccinated people.
I like the bar graphs much better.
