Coronavirus spreads. But don't panic! (topical thread)

My sister-in-law's father died last week and the funeral is this coming Saturday.  My brother couldn't quite believe that my husband and I were not going to attend because we have not had our vaccine shots yet and are in the high risk group.  He/they live in the big metropolis of Ohio.  My husband and I live in the small city of Janesville (Wisconsin).  We are just not getting vaccines here.  The few people I know (in their 70's and 80's) have had to drive to other places, like Madison, to get vaccinated.  A friend of ours who is 62, diabetic AND has had a kidney transplant, is still not vaccinated or on any list.  My husband JUST got on the list and is slatted for a vaccine in April.
I think my brother felt I was blowing it all out of proportion and it was just an excuse for us not to come.  Then again, he is a Trump supporter so we have differing believe systems.

I'm still waiting for a vaccine too, and if I were you, I wouldn't go either.
