One place I didn't like was Klamath Falls. Seemed kind of run down for such a small place. The surrounding rural area was amazing, though, and I'm not a nature buff. Glad I didn't go to Oregon Tech. Does seem like Trumpistan.

I am a nature buff, so I can ignore a lot of the human mess. It's a "blessing" these days if one enjoys nature and solitude. As long as Northern Oregon continues to drag Southern Oregon into progressive policies I can live in Trumpistan. 

I haven't been to Klamath, but the nature around there is breath taking. There is a lot of poverty in Southern Oregon, lots of people living off social services yet voting against them. Makes your head spin.
