NY abruptly threw open vaccination to all comers and my wife wrangled appointments for all of us this Friday to get the Moderna vaccine. On the other hand I see news reports this morning it's only over 60, so my stepson may be turned away. Guess we'll find out.
For New Yorkers, the comorbid conditions were bullshit since effectively shots were only going to people over 65 at the vast majority of locations. It has ended up being a brute force matter of 65+ and frontline workers (sort of) and now to younger persons.
