I wouldn't call it a conspiracy so much as it's more likely that you did get it but your body fought it off well. My wife was sick with those conditions in 2019, and so was I. But we tested negative for C-19, me last November, and her this year. The article that I posted a little ways up shows that C-19 is about 5 times as prevalent as the number of cases in hospitals.
