One of the things I most resent is that I can’t even enjoy being illness-free. I’m used to being sick a lot of the time because there’s always some bug going through the school or theater company, etc. Living in a different region of the country than the ones i which I grew up, every sneeze and allergy symptom is a several-day do I have Covid worry.
I did just have a minor cold, but it has been that weird kind of year where you can’t even notice, much less enjoy, not getting sick.
