Because that's what Aractus does... frequently.  Mounts a false premise—about the UK being the first
to vaccinate—and then proves how "smart" he is to disprove that.  But... in this case he missed the
salient point that it was only the the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine that the headline referred to.  

How embarrassing.
