I do read news stories about individuals who've passed on because of the disease, though. The New York Times has done a number of these. It's a good reminder that there are human beings impacted instead of approaching the pandemic as just a firehose of numbers.

The deliberately maskless idiots make me ill...
Thankfully, nearly 100% of people I encounter in public are wearing masks, including many people outdoors where the virus doesn't spread as easily.
A few oddballs here and there but so many are wearing masks that the mask-less hardly matter.

I don't go out except for fresh food. I have not seen a single person in the grocery store NOT wearing a mask. Well, I am in MD and we aren't Trumpists here...
