Although it hasn't been officially announced yet, a 19th Manitoban was just lost to COVID-19. I really think we need to roll back to an earlier phase of reopening, when we were doing great, and clamp down with egregious force on anyone who refuses to play nice. Four-and five-digit fines, and jail time, may be required to get people to smarten the fuck up and help get this thing back under control.
