That's concerning. Depending on how the HVAC system is in the building (and, from what I've read, even the plumbing) it is possible for infection to spread through those systems. Be careful.
My brother and his wife, both in their early 70s and not at all well, are in a building probably twice that size but no reported cases as yet. It seems like only a matter of time, though, in a building of any size.
