According to The NBC Evening News, one scientific model predicts 300,000 American deaths from Covid-19 by December. That's close to 1 in 1000 deaths.
That's awful. I hope the model is wrong. We're at 162.000 today. But honestly, it wouldn't suprise me. We have the worst, most ignorant president in the history of the United States on full display, dealing (or I should say NOT dealing) with one of the worst catastrophes we've seen within our country since the Civil War. A fuckin dead rat would do a better job.
