Short time work continues in August for my employer (and i am fully expecting this will be extended to the maximum, March 2021 that is, unless the world wide economy picks up substantially, which i dont see with the second wave of SARS_CoV2 seemingly approaching right now). I will be off an additional 3 days (instead of planned 4). Since i have 2 weeks off work (paid vacation) anyway, i will work a total of 8 days in August. Payment will be in the 80% ballpark. Could be worse, much, much worse.
Time flies. With work schedules like this, 2020 is passing like nothing i have seen before.
Funny side effect:
I consume less and earn less. Bank account doesnt look bad actually. I can see me working on such schedules for longer, including more home office. Work-life-balace, bitches.
Other co-workers feel similar effects.
Maybe this pandmic will have truly good flip sides of the coin actually

When/if this pandemic is over i am all ears for all those psychologists and economists. Lots of input for those guys to work with currently i imagine.
