Two cops were talking to me, random stuff. (I Know them, I am legendary in the force), they asked him to please wear a mask. He said he wouldn't, "I have work to do said the guard while we were just talking about soccer (it was on their brake). Paperwork for a 125 euro fine for not wearing the mask and civil disobedience. If he had listened, he would go out, grab a mask and go on. He chose trouble.
Did the business also refuse to serve him or not get the chance to deny?
