I did my shopping yesterday and noticed almost everyone was masked, whereas previously I'd say it was between 1/2 and 2/3 of people. So I'm glad to see most people are willing to follow rules, instead of kicking their feet and screaming like a toddler having a tantrum over a simple piece of cloth that saves lives.
My brother says in the Capitol though, Salem, he sees almost no difference. It's still about 1/2 pig people. He's got a big bias though so I'm not sure how much to believe him.
Nobody in rural southern Oregon wears masks. I do have to make a quick trip to the local country store tomorrow and will see if the rule has had any effect. The few times I have ventured out since Covid, maybe 5% were wearing masks, and those were mostly old people.
