What's the problem with letting all the dumb fucks get sick and die?

That they will infect the innocent on their way to the grave.

Especially worse, they may not die while causing other deaths. 

Let's be frank.  chances are most people like this will be totally fine, and they will also be totally unaware of the wake of suffering they cause. OR totally indifferent.  
But also, I find this to be a failure of our society, or perhaps one built into human kind, (or both) rather than a failure of individuals.  People don't deserve death for being ignorant or even willfully stupid. It's the way people are built, sadly.
