Thanks guys. That's kind of what I figured, but this is just one uncomfortable experience after another.  I am not really one to complain to management or a store owner. I actually don't think I've ever done it before? I didn't even complain to the school after that teacher broke my iphone and then, after a long assed story, wouldn't pay for it.

Ok, I've used what I wrote here as a loose template, and sent along a complaint through their online portal/email.  I'll let you guys know if they get back to me.  Thanks for the moral support.
