It is a cover from Dulce Pontes, by the army, here, to defend us. It is the light band of the army. Try the youtube version of Dulce Pontes with the Armada band. That brings manly sweat under my eyes.
Anyhow this video was about the army helping its people under the pandemic. I was there once and proud to have served, even for 8 months. 22 years ago.
