Yes.
At the protest march I attended yesterday evening I'd say about 99% of the people had masks on including the little kids. Out of about 4000 people I saw maybe 4 or 5 people not wearing a mask.
Good. They also say that being outdoors in the wind makes the spread less likely.
On the other hand, I saw hundreds of protesters here in Philadelphia climb down into the Vine Street Expressway on Monday, so how smart could they actually be?
