Well, for starters, it would indicate either a comment from a child of 8 years of age, or someone
with an IQ of 47.     It's unlike something anyone with no mental deficit would say.

He always talks like a preteen. Seems to be his mental age. And possibly that of his followers also.

He was raised by nannys who had no responsibility for making him into an adult. They had no reason or authority to try and control his mouth, so he could say anything and not be corrected. Early habits are hard to break. First you have to want to break them.
