USAF technical orders, much the same thing. What's so wrong with "This page intentionally left out"?
"Left blank" shows there was no content on the page. Fiddity officers worry about that kind of shit.
I get that, I'm writing from an enlisted man's view of goddamn, this book is heavy -- only to find many pages left intentionally blank. Leave them intentionally out, reduce clutter and skip-past. No content on a page should result in no page.
I know, it makes sense, so probably not actionable.
On hiatus.
