I gave you examples of infectious diseases - flu, pneumonia. Hell we didn't ban prostitution when the global HIV outbreak happened (AND we prevented it becoming an epidemic in Australia).
Flu, has a vaccine to prevent it. Pneumonia, has a vaccine to prevent it. HIV, condoms prevent it. Now, what was your point?
