Trump did not misspeak. Trump is being misrepresented (again).
Very interesting, I stand corrected on the possibility UV radiative therapy. Clearly it's just talking about hitting the windpipe and the air going in and out of a ventilator, but yes I can see how that could work as a treatment to help kill the virus. Obviously it can only kill the virus cells in that region, but if it helps the body fight off the infection it could be an effective treatment.
