My wife does not want to work from home. It is part of the strange new awful world we live in, but she misses her peeps.
She needs better equipment here too. I am going to work on a sit stand desk for her. I have most of the materials except the jack mechanism.
The thing that is out of my hands is getting IT to get her a voip phone extension here. I can do everything at this end, I have Cat5 drops all over and can add one easily. If I got her a better chair, a sit stand, a couple of newer monitors, and a voip phone she would be as set as possible.
I already replaced the laptop dock with a newer model but my old monitors are just too ancient to work. IT and I tried but it's a no-go to get both going. I have one and her laptop screen as an extended desktop but that's a poor substitute for two big screens.
