I think that is sarcasm deployed to make a point about the current Administration and its penchant for national aggrandizement, not bashing the nation as a whole.
I do not, and have never bashed the US. I do not cheer for people dying, my countrymen or anyone else. I do however bash the Trump administration. It is responsble for 1500 dead americans daily (2500 yesterday!), where the data in comparison with other countries show it could be anywhere between 200-1000. The difference bweteen those numbers is what the Trump administration is to be made accountable for AND THE VOTERS WHO STILL SUPPORT IT. I just checked and Trump seems to have an approval rating of 40+%. Iow: 40%+ of americans are happy with so many dead countrymen. Its those people who i am wondering about and the Trump administration whom i detest for their ....not even indifference, but for trying to take ADVANTAGE of this situation they have caused themselves.
