It gets worse every day. It will probably get worse for several months. But it won't get worse forever. Many of us will be infected and our immune systems will defeat the virus. Some few will be seriously harmed. Some will die. We can't stop that until we have data about the infected who suffer no harm, the infected who struggle to survive, and the infected who die.
What we lack is data. And it is the Trump administration that fights the collection of data. The idea that the President finds such benefit in avoiding data for election purposes is nearly beyond belief.
Never argue with people who type fast and have too much time on their hands...
