Found a great display of the dpread, with a aesome YT explanation. Really worth a try looking. It shows that in Europe (Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Austria in particular) we may just have left the exponential growth curve, unlike....well, the US. Please have a look its really worth it. It plots (in double log!) scale the new cases vs total cases (not over time!, since thats irrlevant). All countries can be checked/unchecked too in the plot.
