Why did he do nothing? Even if previous administrations didn't address the issues -- and they did continually underfund the CDC -- how does that excuse Trump making the same mistakes? How does that explain why your President continually submitted budget cuts for HHS and CDC? If he's so on top of this mess, why are we leading the world in cases?

The next day, on March 11th WHO declared Covid 19 a global pandemic. Worst president ever.
