This is the more traditional view of the "epidemic curve", which shows the number of new confirmed
cases per day. It’s important to note that the difference in cases between days can change when states
shift the time period over which they report numbers (this appears to have occurred in NSW), and the
most recent day will usually be an incomplete total.
