The VA has recently been moving toward "one room, one patient". We'll test this idea in the coming months. I'm currently telling the docs there that I'm good with postponing appts. Video conferencing comes up a lot.

One idea: With restrictions on traveling in effect hotels and motels will be in slack time. Using those rooms for the less sick people might be a plan.
