Number of infections is still rising *fairly quickly* in Germany
Testing capacities are sufficient, only in the most affected areas there will be some delay.
Actions of containment, protection and mitigation need to be consequently pursued as alreay initiated, in order to keep the infection rate in check
Washington, Callifornia and NY are added to the list of "risk" areas.
