The Damned Cops Are Out Of Control

The killer cop, black Muslim Mohamed Noor, has been charged in Minneapolis with 3rd-degree
murder and manslaughter of the victim Justine Damond...

Further to this case:

Killer former cop Mohamed Noor has formally pleaded not guilty to murder and manslaughter charges over the shooting
death of Australian woman Justine Damond, claiming "self defence" grounds. (Sat 2 Feb)  A 2015 psychological test of Noor
before his hiring as a Minneapolis officer, found he was disinterested in interacting with others and, when compared with
other officers, was more likely to be impatient or have difficulty confronting people. But another psychiatrist later concluded
that overall Noor was fit to be a police officer, saying the test results don't carry much weight.

It was also ruled that prosecutors could not point to prior "bad acts" that happened when Noor was a police officer, including
one incident in which state prosecutors say he pointed a gun at a motorist's head two months before the Damond killing.
Damond's Sydney-based father, John Ruszczyk, has filed a $US50 million (AU$70 million) civil rights lawsuit against Noor.
