What does "militarized" mean?

Walking around in SWAT outfits.  Not engaging civilians as "people".  Treating them as "enemies".  Firing first and asking questions later.  Shooting people in the back as if they were soldiers legitimately trying to eliminate as many as possible.  Shall I go on?

You could say the same thing about the Maitre D' at some good restaurants.

Black uniforms are not "SWAT" outfits. And, as I have pointed out ad nauseum, the average is three people killed by police on any given day. FROM ALL CAUSES. Accidental, suicide by cop, overt threat, returning fire, and just being a cop-shaped cock sucker. But do go on. and on. and on. Eventually you might loop back around to reality.

Quoting the justifiable events is not the same as addressing the unjustifiable ones. As I have pointed out ad nauseum... You have a habit of saying that "most cops are good". I don't disagree in the least. It's the bad events we need to stop and SOME cops seem to love those situations where they can play 007 in their Iron Man outfits.

But why do the bad cops seem to come in groups? You never see 4 cops engaged in a shooting and 3 of the 4 say "NO". They all go "full-in". Do they just magically "find" each other on random assignments?
