Do you have a passport?
The question of where will you go if 'Murica becomes a theocracy was asked on Reddit, and for the first time it made me realize that I don't have a passport.

Do you have one? How difficult is it to obtain one?

*cheeky* Don't worry, I'm definitely not moving to Poland. /c

I'm barred from all 195 countries, and all 8 planets.

I have one but it is expired.

The whole world is pretty well fucked.

Yes, we have them and have traveled to the UK and cruised the Baltic Sea, visiting Norway, Denmark, Russia, Estonia, Sweden, and Germany. We go to the UK again in 3 weeks.

I'm not going anywhere. This is my country too.

We need right-minded people to stay put and fight, not flee. Do what you can, where you can.

Everyone in my family has a valid passport and we have an escape plan for just in case. My parents taught me that the holocaust is always right around the corner and you have to be prepared to leave on a dime.

First county is Canada. If things don't work out there, Israel will take me.

(That reminds me, I need to update my pets' records)

Passports are not difficult to obtain. You should get it now, though. They take forever and a day to process. Gather your documents, fill out the form, and mail it all in or take it to your passport office in the post office.

Do you have a passport?
My last passport expired during the mid-1980's. I knew that, after I had a homeowner's expenses, my traveling days would be over. The last time I engaged in foreign travel was a trip to Thailand in 1976.
