I had low expectations going into this because I heard it was not very good. But I quite liked it. There are some things I would change, but overall I found it entertaining and thought provoking. Interesting commentary on art, the relationship between the artist and consumers of art, and the culinary industry overall. Lot of bits that any current or former kitchen staff would find *extremely* relatable. After the first 30 minutes I thought it was fairly predictable but that didn't bother me because I enjoyed the direction it was going. Also I was more impressed by Ana Taylor Joy in this movie than I have in maybe any other film I've seen her in. Ralph Fiennes also delivered a solid performance, per usual.
