Some pharmaceutical bigshot needs to come down with a disease that the cure can't be found in time, to learn a little humility.
I was just prescribed a new asthma inhaler that's going to cost me $480 a year. Not pleased. To top it off, it hasn't changed my breathing profile from when my rescue inhaler has to be used. Yet another doctor visit to clear that up. There is another brand that helped me maintain, and it was free.
I like Biden's list. It has gotten to where, if your medical problem isn't knowb by initials, it isn't quite "real".
And the TV medicals ads crack me up sometimes. They always say "don't take it if you are allergic". Which got me thinking... The ads aren't aimed at existing customers. They are seeking new possible users. So, how would the new users know if they were allergic? It's a real CYA legal ploy. Because a new customer won't know if they are allergic. But, technically, they could have a test for it (but who does?).
But I'm not taking any medications, so it is more of a hypothetical question for me than a real personal concern. It's the illogic that makes me laugh.
Never argue with people who type fast and have too much time on their hands...
