I'm pretty sure I get what he was trying to say ("the libs were so concerned with Trump's tweets and now we have a real problem and the chose the worse candidate"), but his wording was too clever for his own good.

The meme also leaves out that on 3/8/2014 Obama gave the 1980s their foreign policy back. Between then and now the 1980s didn't call Trump.
