Meh, 6000 units of metformin will fix you right up.

I'm already taking 500 Mg, so instead of taking 4 pills per day, you want me to take 48?   

That would be 12 pills, each 500 mg. Or would be if I mathed.

I'm on 2000/daily. My '"exit strategy" would be to take a week's worth of everything.
